These terms apply to purchases from Maskuline Mind at maskulinemind.com. Contact us at info@maskulinemind.com about an order or these terms. Nothing here limits consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Products and orders
We sell educational guides in the formats identified on each product page and selected at checkout. Check the selected option carefully: ebooks and audiobooks are digital products, while paperback options require physical delivery. The price, currency, applicable taxes and delivery charges shown for your order at checkout apply. Please provide accurate contact and delivery details.
If you cannot access a digital purchase, or a delivery is missing, damaged, incorrect or materially different from its description, email us with your order number so we can investigate and provide the remedy required by law.
Personal-use permission
A digital purchase gives you permission to use the purchased files for your own personal, non-commercial reading or listening. You may print an ebook for your own personal use. You may not sell, publicly upload or redistribute digital copies without permission, except where applicable law permits it. This restriction does not prevent lawful resale of a physical book or any rights that cannot be excluded by contract.
Educational content
The guides offer general educational ideas for personal reflection. They are not personalized medical, mental-health, legal or financial advice and are not a substitute for professional care. No specific change in confidence, discipline, relationships, earnings or other personal outcome is guaranteed. Results depend on individual circumstances and use of the material.
Refunds, exchanges and cancellation
If you would like to request a refund or exchange, email us with your order number and reason. There is no general voluntary change-of-mind return or refund program. See our Refund and Exchange Policy for the request process and mandatory consumer rights.
Where a statutory cancellation right applies, you do not need our approval or a reason to exercise a right that the law grants without one. Immediate digital delivery does not by itself remove a withdrawal right: the legal consent and acknowledgement requirements must also be met. Rights concerning faulty or misdescribed products remain.
Existing promises and changes
Specific benefits or commitments expressly included with your purchase, including an applicable promise of free updates, remain part of that purchase. Updates to these terms do not retrospectively remove rights or promises attached to an earlier order.
Privacy and acceptable use
Our Privacy Policy explains personal-information practices and available choices. Please do not misuse the store, interfere with its security, submit fraudulent orders or infringe the rights of others.
Consumer protections and contact
We do not exclude or restrict liability or remedies where doing so would be unlawful. These terms do not require you to give up mandatory protections in your place of residence. For order support, a refund or exchange request, a rights request or another complaint, email info@maskulinemind.com.
